Taraweeh prayer is a definite Sunnah for all men and women. It is not permissible to leave it. Khulafa e Rashdeen continued.. The Holy Prophet Muhammad Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam also recited it and said that Taraweeh prayer is twenty rak’at.
